We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We believe it is important to remember that buying handmade products takes time and care, and that every purchase should be made consciously rather than as part of a consumerist mindset. Nevertheless, we always strive to ensure that our customers love our products, and if you do need to return an order, we will always do our best to find a solution that works for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exceptions apply if the product is defective, damaged or if we made a mistake when fulfilling your order. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Artemisya.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalised products (special orders or customised items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, we will issue you a voucher for the value of your purchase, which you can use to place a separate order for the new item.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Regardless of the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the statutory period, the refund will include the amount paid for the products and any standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. Any costs incurred by the customer to return the product are excluded, except in cases involving defective products or errors on our part when fulfilling the order.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
