ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday once payment has been received.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the next business day.

Each piece is entirely handmade with great attention and care. For this reason, the estimated production time is 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from order confirmation.

Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched on the next available shipping day.

SHIPPING COSTS

Italy: Flat rate of €6.99. Free shipping on orders of €99 or more.

Europe: Flat rate of €11.99. Free shipping on orders of €129 or more.

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipments are dispatched once a week. We have chosen this approach to reduce our environmental impact and encourage more conscious shopping.

Each order is handed over to an express courier (BRT S.p.A.) and is generally delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its delivery status.

Delivery times may be delayed during public holidays. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every Artemisya creation is handmade with care and attention. In most cases, the piece of jewelry is created specifically after the order is confirmed, following the slow pace of craftsmanship.

Production time is approximately 10-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Even for items ready for delivery, preparation may take a few days, as every order is checked, finished, and carefully packaged before shipping.

For a more sustainable choice, we make only one shipment per week. Delivery time is then 24/48 business hours from dispatch.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over €99 in Italy and €129 in Europe.

For orders below these amounts, the cost is €6.99 for Italy and €11.99 for Europe.

I have received the order confirmation but not the tracking code.

If you have not received your tracking number, it means your order is still being processed or prepared.

Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information to follow your delivery.

Is it possible to make a return?

We believe in conscious shopping and in the value of the time and care that go into every handcrafted creation.
If, after receiving your order, you need to make a return, you can contact us within 14 days of receipt by writing to info@artemisya.it. We will guide you step by step through the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exceptions are made in cases where the product has a defect or there has been an error in processing the order on our part: in these situations, the return costs will be covered by Artemisya.

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund in accordance with current legislation.

Please note that it is not possible to return personalized or made-to-order products, as they are created specifically for you.

Is it possible to wear the jewelry in water?

Our jewelry is made with high-quality materials and designed to accompany you in your everyday life.

Our macramé creations are particularly durable: they can come into contact with water without any issues. The threads do not get damaged and the Indian brass elements do not oxidize or deteriorate.

As for our gold-plated silver collections, it is normal for the plating to fade over time. To keep them shiny for longer, we recommend removing them before showering, bathing, or frequent exposure to water.

In general, to preserve the beauty of all your jewelry over time, it is preferable to avoid contact with perfumes, chlorine, seawater, or thermal waters, which can alter the materials and colors.

Are the jewels hypoallergenic?

The materials used for Artemisya creations are carefully selected and are nickel-free.

The macramé jewelry is made with elements in high-quality Indian brass, which is generally well-tolerated even by sensitive skin.

The 925 sterling silver collections (sourced from Bali) are also nickel-free and typically well-tolerated.

However, every skin type is different: in case of particular sensitivity or specific metal allergies, we recommend assessing your own personal tolerance.

My jewelry has been damaged over time: is it possible to repair it?

If your Artemisya piece of jewelry has suffered damage over time, write to us and we will evaluate the best solution together.

For silver creations from our Balinese collections, we can rely on our suppliers for any soldering or gold-plating services.

For macramé jewelry, the possibility of repair depends on the type and extent of the damage. After assessing the situation, we will let you know if it is possible to intervene.

Any repairs will incur an additional cost.

How do I apply hair braids?

Macramé braids are removable and easy to apply.

Choose the section of hair where you want to place it, divide it into three parts, and insert one of the sections into the loop of the macramé braid.

At this point, braid a small plait along with your hair and secure the end with a thin elastic band.

If applied correctly, the braids can last for several months. We recommend keeping them in during washes: over time, they will become softer and more natural.

With every purchase, you will find a card with a QR code that will guide you to a step-by-step video tutorial.

Is it possible to request custom jewelry?

Artemisya creations are born from a precise creative process and, for this reason, we do not make changes or customizations to existing models.

The only customization available concerns hair braids, for which there is a dedicated request page.

We make an exception for projects related to the bridal world: we like the idea of creating something unique and special for such an important day.

Outside of these cases, we do not create custom-made jewelry.

Is there a physical store?

Artemisya is a nomadic project, with no fixed retail location.

Our creations can be seen in person during events and markets throughout Italy. We recommend following us on Instagram to stay up to date on upcoming dates.

We have a studio where we handcraft every piece. By request, it is possible to arrange order pickup directly at the studio.

The studio is not a showroom and is not open to the public, as most creations are made to order.

Do you organize workshops?

Yes, we organize macramé workshops throughout the year, both in various cities and in collaboration with local spaces and organizations.

The page dedicated to workshops is always updated with upcoming dates and information.
